Richard is phenomenal! From the minute I pulled into the parking lot I was greeted and told about how long my wait would be. I opted to walk across the parking lot and shop for a little while and I got a text notice that my car was ready even before I was expecting it to be. I will come back to this store because of the great experience that Richard and his team have!! Thank you!!!

So a few years ago I decided to check out some deals discount tire were offering. After talking to the employee that help me I end up purchasing some rims and tires for a great price. The process was very simple… The customer service and the knowledge the employee had offered made my experience great. I often go for tire rotations or anything I need to get done.

Immediately upon arrival, someone came out to my vehicle, greeted me, have him my key and my vehicle was driven in the service bay less than 3 minutes because I arrived a little after 8am. He called me Howard but a very nice young man working on my vehicle came in to the waiting area and called me Mr Smith and informed me of the status of my vehicle and answered my question about the tread on all the tires.
